(Diptera: Rhagionidae), Torsby, Värmland (Sweden). I'm not sure about this and am having the specimen identified.
It is holding itself with one leg while it feeds on a captured fly. Just after the photo it flew off with the
fly. Note the long proboscis piercing the fly.
